I plan on using the backhoe for the post holes when I expand my pole barn this summer. I have known big rocks and parts of an old barn foundation in that area. Now if only the pto had reverse.

Yes, they're like 6-8000$ and are nowhere near as capable as a rented case 580 or a hired excavator. A good sized excavator rents for about 200 dollars a day in my area and will outwork a small CUT backhoe anyday.
